Aspen Snowmass

Aspen Snowmass invited visitors to “Explore the cosmos from 11,212 feet at the Sundeck.”[2]

The seventh annual event ran August 10 from 6–10:30pm and included guided telescope stations, the Fiske Planetarium Minidome, constellation stories and facts, cosmic crafts, a collaborative universe mural and sunset yoga.[2]

Tickets and gondola access

Tickets were $32, with children 10 and younger admitted free. The ticket included the gondola ride. Aspen Snowmass listed the last ride up at 9pm and the last ride down at 10pm and recommended reservations because capacity was limited.[2]

Current status

The August 10, 2026 event has passed. Keep this as an archive and wait for Aspen Snowmass to announce the next edition before listing it as upcoming.[2]
