Why this listing is archived

C Lazy U Ranch currently offers seasonal Luxury Camping at its secluded Outpost. Guests can stay in a prepared Conestoga Wagon and experience the nighttime setting and stars.[2]

That is an active lodging product, but the ranch's own current description does not present it as a guided astronomy program, telescope tour, public observing field or staffed star party. Under the tighter guide standard, a private lodging experience does not become a standalone astronomy destination simply because the stars are part of the appeal.[2]

What the defunct tag means here

DEFUNCT / PRIVATE GLAMPING, NOT A PUBLIC STOP does not mean C Lazy U Ranch is out of business. It means the ranch is no longer being presented as an independent night-sky destination in this guide. Travelers interested in the glamping product should use the ranch's current booking information directly.[2]
