Lake Fork Valley Conservancy

LFVC currently lists “Every Tuesday, June 16 - August 25” for its weekly Slumgullion Pass stargazing program.[2]

The conservancy describes relaxed, community-focused evenings under the Lake Fork Valley's dark sky with guided observation, storytelling and opportunities to explore planets, constellations and other celestial objects.[2]

Time and price

Individual 2026 Lake City event listings put the program at 8:30–10:30pm and list it as free, with guided stargazing and telescope viewing.[3]

Schedule correction

This file previously described Wednesday nights at Windy Point, which reflects older LFVC material that is still online. The current dated 2026 program page instead says Tuesday nights at Slumgullion Pass through August 25, so the public-facing event now follows the newer source.[3]
